Dermot Campbell

Chief Executive

FinTech founder and CEO of a multi-million financial services transaction platform with a 10 year track record, Dermot knows the tech, hiring and governance needs of smaller companies.

Dermot worked in regulated environments for all of his career in the city of London, wealth management, advisory, consultancy, financial services and start-up technology.
He has a keen understanding of what it takes to successfully start, build, grow, and promote a company, boards, department managerial and teams.

Freya Yule

Legal & Risk

Solves regulatory and compliance legal issues

Law Masters post-grad (Hons). Freya has significant compliance experience as lawyer and Strategy and Risk lead at the Financial Conduct Authority, London and in-house competition and government lawyer for the OFT.

As Governance Officer for an International Development charity and for an asset manager, she designed RegTech (systems and controls). In the corporate division of top 10 law firms internationally she created Company Secretarial Units.
